Sore Throat in Dwarka
Sore throat is
called as “Throat pain” which means pain and irritation in throat. A sore
throat can be caused by cold or flu. Throat gets itchy, get irritating while
coughing and while swallowing the food. Various causes can be included such as
pollution, allergies, speaking for a long time ,tonsillitis, virus spread
through saliva. In sore throat,
includes some signs like fever, headache ,swollen glands , skin rash ,red
tonsils , abdominal pain etc. Other infections include viral and bacterial
infections .
There are some other risk
factors which are indulge into sore throat. Mostly affected people come in the
age group of 3 to 15 ,some people who are exposure to tobacco and smoking ,
allergies on skin ,seasonal allergies ,who gets affected by chemicals , deodrants
, essential oils etc, ,blocking of nose due to sinus , those who have low
immunity are easily trapped by sore throat.
We can take many precautions to
prevent sore throat which
are mentioned below:-
· We can wash our hands before
entering into house , after using washroom, before and after eating so that it
kills germs too.
· We can avoid touching our
phones while travelling .
· People who are already sick ,
avoid to get contacted.
· We can avoid smoking places .
· To prevent sore throat,
gargle with salt water helps a lot .
· Antibiotics prescribed by
doctor .
· By drinking lots of water can
helps in preventing from dehydration.
· We can use humidifier in the
bedroom
· Eating a healthy diet including
proteins, avoiding cold foods
· Taking rest for atleast 8 to
10 hours.
We can opt for natural remedies
by taking honey mix with ginger ,by taking ginger tea will help you in soothing
sore throat . Drinking a fenugreek tea is best remedy to treat itchy throat.We
can take over the counter medicines such as acetaminophen
, ibuprofen , aspirin ,amoxicillin etc.
Last but not the least we can
say our health is a complete mixture of the body, mind and spirit.
